Florida Contractor License Business Credit Report. The Florida DBPR requires that an applicant for a Certified Contractors license in Florida provide both a commercial credit report and consumer credit report in order to be licensed. Credit reports must include a FICO derived credit score and indicate that local, state and federal records have been searched.
