South Carolina PSI Limited Building Contractor Course

The South Carolina PSI Limited Building Contractor Course is an online exam-prep offering aimed at individuals preparing to take the limited building contractor examination administered by PSI Services LLC for the South Carolina Contractors' Licensing Board. The course provides one-year access to a self-paced online format (with an optional instructor-led virtual class upgrade) and features highlighting and tabbing instructions for required reference books, hundreds of practice questions, a simulated final exam, and test-taking strategies for open-book format exams. The exam itself consists of 80 questions, a 4-hour time limit, and a passing score of 70% (56 questions correct). All candidates must also pass the Business Management & Law for Commercial Contractors exam in addition to the Limited Building Contractor exam.

Exam Information:

There are 80 questions in this examination. You will need to answer 56 questions correctly in order to pass. You are allowed 4 hours to complete this examination.

All Limited Building Contractor candidates are required to pass the Business Management and Law for Commercial Contractors Examination and the Limited Building Contractor Examination.
