About the Exam:
The Georgia Business and Law Exam is open-book and consists of 50 multiple-choice questions covering essential business and law topics. To pass, you must answer at least 35 questions (70%) correctly within the 120-minute limit.
Successfully passing this exam is a mandatory requirement for obtaining a Residential or General Contractor license in Georgia.
