The Contractor Exam Preps “Tennessee CMC & CMC-A Contractor License Jumpstart Package” supports candidates seeking the Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors (TN) CMC (General Mechanical Contractor) or CMC-A (Mechanical Plumbing Contractor) credential. The package includes the “NASCLA Contractors Guide to Business, Law and Project Management – Tennessee 4th Edition” (highlighted & tabbed) plus a 6-month online self-study course for the TN PSI Business & Law exam. It also provides guided assistance through the application process (eligibility assessment, document prep, oversight until approval) and automatically grants a \$250 credit toward the trade book/course rental. As noted on the TN licensing site, applicants for these mechanical classifications must pass the Business & Law exam (open-book using the NASCLA manual) and, when applicable, the trade exam administered by PSI Services, LLC.
